As the Director of Business Transformation, Carolina Aguilera has multiple functions at Canon’s Enterprise Managed Services Division reporting into her including Creative Services, Change Management & Transformation, and the Voice of the Customer Program. Prior to joining Canon Solutions America, Carolina was a Senior Principal at The Continuous Learning Group, Inc. (CLG), a behavior-based strategy execution and performance improvement consulting firm, for 16 years. Carolina has extensive experience in change implementation, with a specialty in large-scale behavioral change. She has worked with numerous Fortune Global 500 companies undergoing major change and cultural transformations to provide change leadership, team development, and executive coaching in the US, Europe, and Latin America. Carolina holds both Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Psychology (with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis) from West Virginia University. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University. Carolina has written articles for journals, such as the Ivey Business Journal, and was one of the co-authors of The Behavior Breakthrough, which details the power of behavioral leadership in enabling superior execution and sustained organizational success. She also currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Spark Imagination and Science Center.
