David Horton

Assoc. VP IT Shared Services University of Oklahoma
David Horton is the Chief Technology Officer for the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, as well as the Associate Vice President for IT Shared Services at OU. He is in his 17th year at the university; and initiated their IT Shared Services program back in 2011. Prior to OU, he worked in retail, manufacturing, and healthcare technology.
