Jennifer Pike is the Shared Services Program Manager for OU IT. She has been the Shared Services Program Manager for 6 years and she focuses on taking a people-first approach in uniting all three OU campuses as they work to build a private cloud infrastructure. Jennifer has experience in all stages of a shared services organization from planning/launching through maturity.
