Stephanie Avallone is the Director of Service and Quality Management, Yale Shared Services (YSS), Yale University.

Stephanie leads the Service and Quality Management (SQM) Team in the execution of the process to integrate new clients and services into YSS, metrics management, establishing and maintaining Partnership Agreements (SLAs), continuous improvement efforts, and stakeholder communications.  As Yale has moved forward with the implementation of the shared services model, Stephanie has played a key role in the development of an end-to-end workforce transition process including staff transfer guidelines, skills mapping, and organizational design approach.

Stephanie also leads the Expense Management Team at YSS and is accountable for ensuring that the service line meets the expectations of YSS’ department partners. 

Ms. Avallone has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Haven.
